Week 29: Bring It On 2022

Happy New Year!!

It was a pretty slow week because everyone was so busy with the Holidays but it's a new year of new beginnings and we're ready to rock and roll!

Lately Elder Yardley and I have been finding shortcuts in our area and people have been looking at us weird haha. Probably cause we've been walking in these concrete gutter things behind people's houses but hey we gotta do what we gotta do.

We were supposed to have 3 people at church but they didn't show up. I was a lil sad but that's just missionary life so I'm used to it lol.

I went to the temple this last week!! Someone from Elder Yardley's last area was going through for the first time and we were invited! This was the 4th time I've been to the temple in the past 6 months and I'm soooo sooo grateful for all those experiences. The San Antonio Temple has such a special place in my heart and given me so much comfort in trying times. I always leave there feeling refocused and closer to my father in heaven.

For my spiritual thought today I wanted to share something Sister Cross, a member of our ward, said yesterday in testimony meeting. She said, "If you were the only person on earth, Christ would come to save you alone. That's how much he loves you." I've always known Christ loves us each individually, but to think of it like that had a really big impact on me. I hope y'all will find some time to ponder on that quote and think about the love our Savior has for you!

Oh and if you want to learn more about the temple click on the link below! I promise you won't regret it.

Have a fantastic week!
