Week 25: "You Stop It!"

Howdy y'all!

This week was kinda slow but I have some big news... My companion is leaving for his original assignment to Thailand tomorrow. Surprise! So now I'll be in a trio with the Bulverde elders for a week or so! 

So we were biking down the sidewalk the other day and we tried to talk to this elderly lady walking by and then she turns to us and says: "I don't like it when you bother people about your religions. You need to stop it!" It was actually pretty funny because she had an Asian accent and wagged her finger at us with so much attitude. 

I thought this day would never come but I'm actually gaining weight lol. I have officially gained 10lbs since the start of my mission which means I'm on track to reach the TSAM 40!

Our whole mission had a gingerbread house contest and my district definitely made the best one. Each district only had 45 minutes to complete the whole thing and I'm pretty dang proud of ours. 

Oh! We met with a guy named Jose that I found on Facebook. He lives in Dallas but came down to San Antonio to visit family and drove 30 minutes from his mom's house to meet with us! So that was pretty cool!

That's about it for this week besides a ton of member visits we did.
